Product: D2 DIESEL GAS OIL L-02-62 GOST 305-82
Quantity: Min. 50.000 MT x 12 Months R&E and up.
Origin: Russian
Specs: As per export standard
Price: Fixed $750/$740 per MT (CIF) or Platt less 10%.
Procedures:
1. Buyer sends ICPO including full bank details and sellers procedures, NCNDA/IMFPA and BCL to show the Buyer's capability to purchase the fuel.
2. Seller verify the BCL, then issues Draft Contract to the Buyer. Buyer signs, seals and returns the contract within 48 hours.
3. Both parties lodge the contract and NCNDA/IMFPA in their banks.
4. Buyers bank issues Non Operative DLC by MT700 covering one month shipment to Seller bank within 72 hours. (copy of transmitted swift need to be send to Seller by e-mail)
5. Seller issues 2% PB and full set of complete POP to Buyers bank upon receipt of the non operative payment instrument. This will automatically activates the payment instrument.
Complete POP contains:
a) Dip Test Authorization.
b) SGS Report.
c) Tank Receipts.
d) Allocation Number.
e) Bill of Loading.
6. On receipt of the 2% PB and full set of complete POP, buyer's bank issues a bank Guarantee to seller's bank covering one month shipment.
7. Buyer verifies fuel at discharge port.
8. Buyer makes payment to Seller by MT103 or TT Wire Transfer after SGS inspection (Buyers expenses) at discharge port within 48 hours.
9. Buyer issues transferable RDLC for the remaining period of the contract.
10. Shipment commences as per contract.
